On 18th December 2017, Hoa Son Dien Trang, an new ecotourism garden was opened in Ward 5, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province.
The garden has hundreds of Japanese cherry trees. Hoa Son Dien Trang is inside a primeval forest on Ta Nung Pass and about 8 kilometers from center of Da Lat City. Apart from this, visitors will be attracted by several points of view, such as a “giant hand”, a Sapa field rose, an outdoor camping area, an area of tree houses.
The area also includes a wide range of animals and plants with around 2,000 bird species, including some listed in the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List, and 97 families of plants with 294 species.
The place is expected to become a new tourism attraction for visitors in Da Lat City, especially during the seventh Da Lat Flowers Festival, which is scheduled to take place from December 23 to 27 this year.
