Before making a reservation please pay attention at the route, price and policy then click “Book Now” button on each tour. You will be redirected to the Booking page, please enter all necessary information: Full name, contact information and additional message… Please fill in correct information, especially, the email address and phone number that we can contact with you to process the reservation. Once finished filling the information, click “BOOK NOW” button to go to our payment page.

NOTE: Payments on our website are made by OnePAY – a reputable international payment gateway in Vietnam. Please continue to enter all information on OnePAY’s payment page to proceed with payment.

The booking process is represented through 4 steps below:
– Choose your preferred itinerary
– Submit your booking and payment/deposit
– Confirm availability
– Come and enjoy our services & final payment (only for customers who finished deposit)

We accept many kinds of payments so please choose the most convenient way for you from list below:
– Credit card: You can easily pay online through OnePAY payment gateway or through POS machine when we meet directly in Hanoi.
– Bank transfer: You can pay through bank transfer to reduce the bank fee. For our bank account details, please see about us or contact by email for more details.
– Cash: You can pay by cash at our Hanoi office or at your hotel in Hanoi.

Some important notes:
– Price display on our website always is USD. Nhưng giá cuối cùng mà bạn cần thanh toán là VND. Do tỷ giá trên website của chúng tôi có thể khác ngân hàng của bạn, vì vậy có thể số tiền cuối cùng mà bạn thanh toán sẽ có một chút khác biệt so với giá hiển thị
– We accept VND, USD and EUR for cash payment. Applied exchange rates is – Vietnamese banks rates on payment day and based on price show on website by USD.
– Your bank may charge additional fees if you settle by using credit card. Your bank or other payment provider may charge processing fees, fees, or exchange fee which is unrelated to our company.

If you want to cancel a booking, please send a cancellation request by email. We do not accept a cancellation by phone. Please read carefully the cancellation policy of each program. We also note clearly about the timing of cancellation and how much will be charged for the cancellation.

– Hanoi street food tour: 03 hours walking around the Old Quarter and try many kind of authentic Vietnamese food as a real local.
– Motorbike food tour: Get on the motorbike then riding far away from the Old Quarter to come closer with local people. Also don’t forget to keep your stomach for Vietnamese food we sure that you would love to try.
– Good morning Hanoi: It is believed that the most ideal moment to explore Hanoi city is in the morning. By this time, it is an awesome chance to discover an extraordinary aspect of this city as well as have a basic background about Vietnamese food culture through a traditional breakfast.

The answer is yes, you can!
During booking process our consultant will ask and record any of your special request for the food then we will try our best to choose the dishes that suit your needs and also does not affect other tourists in the group.
If your food requirements are too sensitive we highly recommend you to book private tour in order to satisfy individual needs better.

There is no meeting point and you don’t have to walking around to find us.
You will be ask about your hotel/stay in Hanoi after finished your booking so our tourguide can come and pick you up before the tour. For this reason, please make sure that your accommodation information is correct and please contact us as soon as you can if there is a change in your plan.

Please note that if you hotel/stay is too far from the Old Quarter, pick up fee might be charge.

Of course children can join the tour with us, please don’t worry. The walking part is not so difficult, distance between each stops is not too far and we will try our best to manage well so your children won’t feel tired of walking. Hanoi food, in the other hand, tastes very tender and balanced, the food is never too spicy or sour so it is easier for children to eat. Also we know some best ice-cream store in the town, your kids will definitely like it.

We understand that eating together is often one of the best ways to enjoy a social outing, and to capture that essence in each tour, our groups are always small and intimate. Some of the buildings we stop at are quite dated and can only accommodate small groups, so our group size will rarely be over 6 people.

If your group is more than 6 members and would like to join us, we are always ready to serve you all. However, in the case your group is more than 8 people, it must separate to 2 small groups, it is because that there are some places (with small size) could not be fixed all of you at the same time

Most of the streets are wide so the disables can have wheelchair by themselves and take part in the tour, but there are some small streets that they cannot get in.

Our tours are still going if it doesn’t rain heavily . In the summer time when there are tropical storms, we will inform you in advance about tour amendment.
