This simple guideline will show you how to make giebel carp cooked soya sauce, a traditional home make dish, in an easy way.
500 g giebel carp
100 g sweet soya sauce.
To taste: Sugar, caramel sauce, salt.
1. Clean the giebel and remove gills; wash and sprinkle with salt; set aside to drain; placing in a pot.
2. Mix water wit soya sauce, and strain; add caramel sauce and sugar; porr the mixture into the pot; cook, covered, until the giebel carp is well-done. Serve hot.
